Do you do commissioned work?
It depends on the project. Write me, describe what you have in mind, and we’ll discuss the details.  
 
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free and takes about 10 business days from the order date. You will receive tracking information by email about five days after placing your order. The maps are currently made-to-order. Since there can be framing and processing delays, your package may arrive a day or two late.

Do you ship internationally?     

Not currently. If you need international shipping, contact me to place a custom order.

I received a wrong/damaged map. What should I do?

I’m sorry if you received the wrong map or if it arrived damaged.

To help me resolve this for you quickly, email me at info@mtbeyond.com within 30 days of receiving the order. Include photos of the wrong/damaged product, your order number, and any other details, and I’ll replace your map for free.

Delivery

When will I get my order?

Where will my order ship from?

All orders ship from my fulfillment center in San Antonio, Texas.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

International shipping isn’t currently available. If you live outside of the USA, and you want to order a map, contact me directly to place a custom order.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before contacting me, help me out with the following:

        • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
        • Ask your local post office if they have your package
        • Check if the courier left the package with your neighbor

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, write me with your order number within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. I’ll sort it out for you.

Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

What’s your refund/return/exchange policy?

I only offer refunds for wrong or damaged items. If this happens, contact me at info@mtbeyond.com with photos of the item and your order number, and I’ll sort it out for you.
